PLEASE NOTE PROGRAM CHANGES – Oceans Goody Bag option for all attendees

All reservations must be made on this form only. This form should be filled out AFTER an available date is determined via email (contact mauroc@mail.santarosa.k12.fl.us for available dates beginning August 8, 2016) Program times and dates will be assigned as available. Please do not assume your field trip is booked until you receive a confirmation email. Make a copy of this form and contract for your own records. Please fill out this form and enter EACH date your grade level is attending programs at the station with attention to contact teachers for that day – Checks made payable to NAVARRE HIGH SCHOOL are due the day of the program.

Most available dates are on Thursdays and Fridays. In order to accommodate all school requests, each school group (not kayaking) is encouraged to bring approximately 80 students (four classes) Groups requesting kayaks should be no more than 60. Please indicate in your date request the number of students. Students in grades 2 and under are not allowed to kayak per county mandate. In order to accommodate as many schools as possible, only THREE dates may be reserved per school per grade level.

$7/participant for SRCSD students $10/participant for non SRCSD students
(60 paying students minimum / 150 students maximum)

Kayaking incorporated into program will be an additional $3 per student for a fee of $10 /participant for SRCSD students / $13 per student for non SRCSD students

Squid, Fish, and Sea star Dissections are available for an additional $2 fee. Check for availability.
